A happy life is a good life! Who would disagree? We at happyt believe that Yoga and Meditation helps to live a happy life.

We started practicing Yoga and Meditation during a retreat in Cambodia and learned that it is important to practice daily. Because we felt really good after the retreat, we wanted to continue practicing every morning. However, forming this new habit was a big challenge for us.

It is proven that it takes about 30 days to form a habit. With happyt we want to help you to make a daily Yoga and Meditation practice your new habit.

Yes! You can customize your daily practice in any way you want.

Will this app teach me Yoga or Meditation?

No, happyt is designed for people who’ve already learned Yoga or Meditation and want to form a habit of practicing it every day. If you’d like to learn, we’d recommend taking a class locally or even going on a retreat! We started practicing Yoga and Meditation ourselves by going on a 5 day retreat in Cambodia.
